A starship, docked at a station above a Jovian-type planet.  The docking boom has a large pallet of cargo slices, probably waiting to be transferred to the ship itself.  The ship has quite a large cargo capacity, but also has military-grade weapons (visible on the weapons ring, just aft of the hab ring).  Perhaps it's a privateer?

Or perhaps I just screwed up...  Although I must admit, I like the effect of the pencil and ink together.
