A Tripod, stepping over a rock while apparently either saluting or defending against something 'behind' rher. Note that this Tripod is completely naked, which, while rare, is not nearly so socially-unacceptable as among humans. This is mainly because Tripods have always lived on a world with an excess of heat, and so radiating heat, rather than retaining it, is their usual goal in donning apparel.
