This is Para VIII, a fairly standard arcology of the 2200's.
As you may be able to read from my notes, each pyramid is c. 850 meters
in height, housing approximately 50,000 people each, for a total of about
400,000 in the complete arcology. No, they're not exactly comfortable
in there -- this is a standard arcology, not a luxury one. Nonetheless,
the complex does have its own park (located under the central dome) as
well as a rapid inter-tower transit system (RITTS, in the rings at about
one-third maximum height, as well as at several underground levels).
Those pylons, on the tops of the central towers on each side, are airship
docks. Note the two airships docked at the tower farthest from us.
