A Mitsubishi R74A gauss rifle.  These rifles became quite common during the Tripod War, due to their use by large numbers of human soldiers.  In fact, the R74A is now the most commonly seen gauss rifle in many parts of space, especially the ICA and Islamic Sphere.

Obviously a copy of the FA-MAS rifle used by the French army.  Notes on how I do these images are available, if it isn't immediately clear.
