Petit-Terre and its primary

A view of Petit-Terre along with its primary, Lumiere.  Note that, although the Petit-Terre and Lumiere appear to be about the same size in this image, they are actually on quite different scales; Petit-Terre is 6,224 KM in diameter, while Lumiere is about 239,000 KM in diameter.  A couple of Lumiere's closer moons can be seen passing in front of the gas giant.  Both of these satellites are only slightly smaller than Petit-Terre, giving a better sense of scale.

I'm particularly proud of this image because I designed both the gas giant map and the Petit-Terre map.  More notes on how I do these images are available.
